Oil Paint, Gold Leaf, Batik Fabric, 40inx60in. A reimagining of the painting "Iris" by Olha Bozhko. Inspired by Japanese gold leaf paintings of lilies, iris, and other florals, I wanted to create a personal and new take on this traditional artwork.
